Works with wardrobe team to supply Team Members with appropriate uniforms. Coordinates the outgoing and incoming of laundry and ensures items meet department standards.
• Removes, inspects and scans soiled laundry to be sent out for cleaning services several times per shift; consolidates uniform sets as needed.
• Receives soiled personal clothing from select Team Members; places items on appropriate rack and documents in log.
• Coordinates with Seamstress/Tailor for any uniform repairs or alterations; may perform minor repairs (i.e., sew on button) and iron as needed.
• Receives incoming clean laundry; places Team Member uniforms in correct conveyor slot.
• Helps ensure that wardrobe operations run efficiently during shift changes; may assist Team Members in retrieving uniforms to decrease wait time in conveyor lines.
• Ensures Team Members have appropriate number of uniforms.
• Ensures Team Members’ locker bags and uniforms are transferred from racks to appropriate conveyor slot hourly; documents actions taken in appropriate log.
• Weighs Team Members’ locker bags to ensure weight is within established limit; notifies Lead Wardrobe Attendant when bags exceed weight limit.
• Maintains and organizes inventory of various department uniforms in wardrobe and storage areas; ensures adequate supply of uniforms in all sizes are in stock.
• Enters new Team Member information into wardrobe software application.
• Notifies Technology Services and Facilities departments during conveyor machine malfunctions.
• May assign and unassign uniforms to Team Members.
• Remains familiar with uniforms for each department.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• High School Diploma or GED Certificate preferred.
• Must be detail-oriented.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Excellent guest services skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with demonstrated patience and tact.
• Organizational and time-management skills.
• Must be able to work independently and work well within a team.
• Must be able to maintain composure during times of peak operations.
• Must apply for, receive, and maintain a Gaming License from the Tribal Gaming Agency.
