Overview

Supervises Shuttle Drivers, Fleet Maintenance Specialists, Fleet Maintenance Technicians, Limo Drivers, Limousine Coordinators, and Traffic Officers day-to-day transportation operations of the Transportation Department, ensuring exceptional and timely guest and Team Member service is provided.

Responsibilities

  • Ensures the day-to-day operations of shuttle services run in a smooth, timely, and effective manner.
  • Coordinates work schedules and assignments for Shuttle Drivers and Fleet Maintenance team, including special routes, last minute runs, and required vehicle maintenance.
  • Coordinates work schedules and assignments for Limousine Drivers through our Player Development Hosts.
  • Coordinates work schedules and assignments for Traffic Officers in all guest self-parking areas.
  • Works directly with CCR entertainment to coordinate any special runs.
  • Works directly with Valet Operations to coordinate any special events overflow parking that will involve changes to CCR parking lots and employee off-site parking.
  • Supervises the work of Shuttle Drivers, Fleet Maintenance Specialists, Fleet Maintenance Technicians, Limousine Drivers, Limousine Coordinators, and Traffic Officers; completes annual performance evaluations and performs other HR-related actions (e.g., coaching, disciplining) as needed.
  • Ensures exceptional and cordial service is provided to guests and Team Members, while ensuring safety and comfort during each shuttle and limousine run.
  • Completes daily/monthly reports as required and vehicle inspection reports as needed.
  • Maintains detailed records of all shuttle and limousine runs, including addresses, pick-up locations, and schedule of stops, destination, and other relevant information.
  • Ensures fleet of vehicles is in optimum condition and meets department standards.
  • Schedules and records all needed maintenance and repairs of fleet vehicles to ensure optimum operation.
  • Maintains timely communication with transportation management, shuttle drivers, limousine drivers, bus alert group, and other affected parties regarding any delays or mechanical breakdowns that may affect shuttle and limousine services to run on schedule. 
  • Informs all Transportation Staff of any upcoming promotions or events that may impact or involve shuttle and limousine service. 
  • Provides appropriate communication to all departments regarding shuttle services or updates to the services provided.
  • Maintains daily shuttle and limousine tracking sheets (i.e., passenger headcount sheets), in order to assist with the coordination and scheduling of appropriately-sized shuttles/vans for future runs. 
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED Certificate.
  • Three years of experience in transportation or a related field, including one year at a supervisory level.
  • Basic computer proficiency utilizing Microsoft applications, e-mail and Internet.
  • Must possess a valid California Class A and/or B License with a “P” passenger endorsement, have an air brake endorsement, and hold a current Commercial Driver Medical Certification issued within the last two years, which must be updated every two years.
  • Driving record must have less than 50% of the permissible points allowed per California DMV.
  • Must apply for, receive, and maintain a Gaming License from the Tribal Gaming Agency.

$27.30 per hour
