Overview

The Limousine Supervisor oversees Limousine Chauffeurs and works in conjunction with department Supervisors to supervise Shuttle Drivers, Fleet Maintenance Technicians, and Traffic Officers. Coordinates limousine operations to ensure exceptional and excellent guest service. Provides efficient transport services for VIP guests with comfort and total satisfaction. Ensures adherence to Chumash Enterprises code of conduct, internal policies and procedures, and regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Ensures the day-to-day operations of limousine and shuttle services run in a smooth, timely, and effective manner.
  • Coordinates work assignments and schedules for Limousine Chauffeurs including special routes, last minute runs, and required vehicle maintenance.
  • Collaborates with Player Development and Entertainment staff on requests for limousine services, including pick up, special requests, and other details.
  • Works directly with Valet Operations to coordinate special events overflow parking that will involve changes to CCR parking lots and employee off-site parking.
  • Trains, mentors, develops, coaches, resolves problems, provides open communication vehicles, and recommends disciplinary actions as appropriate.
  • Ensures that issues are resolved appropriately by limo service providers.
  • Creates and approves e-form requests for all limousine services.
  • May assist with limousine runs as needed.
  • Handles guest concerns and resolves issues promptly with limousine service providers and other departments as needed.
  • Oversees and controls the deployment of limos, manpower allotment of Chauffeurs, trip sheets, and run detail records.
  • Supervises the review of daily vehicle inspection reports (DVIR’s) to ensure completeness and accuracy.
  • Observes, analyzes, and documents operations relating to transportation, valet, and provides regular updates to the Transportation Managers.
  • Provides appropriate communication to departments regarding limousine services as well as recommendations for improvement to department leadership.
  • Assists with implementation of operational improvements, along with the development and execution of training plans and training materials.
  • Ensures maintenance of safety manuals and their updates, performs safety inspections, and provides safety training, as needed; works with CHP to setup safety training classes at regular intervals.
  • Informs all Transportation Staff of any upcoming promotions or events that may impact or involve shuttle and limousine service.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED certificate.
  • Three years of experience in transportation operations, preferably in limousine operations, including one year at a supervisory level.
  • Basic proficiency in computers, including Microsoft Office applications, email, and Internet.
  • Must possess a valid California Class A and/or B License with a “P” passenger endorsement, have an air brake endorsement, and hold a current Commercial Driver Medical Certification issued within the last two years, which must be updated every two years.
  • Driving record must have less than 50% of the permissible points allowed per California DMV.
  • Must be able to drive manual and automatic transmission vehicles.
  • Willingness to work flexible schedules in a 24/7 work environment, including holidays, nights, and weekends.
  • Must apply for, receive, and maintain a Gaming License from the Tribal Gaming Agency.
  • Native American hiring preference applies.
