The Beverage Porter is responsible for the maintenance of beverage stations, bars, portable bars, and lounges in the gaming areas.
Responsibilities
Delivers exceptional guest service (i.e., prompt, friendly, professional, and responsive), using proper greeting and departure phrases and service standards.
Responsible for the cleanliness and sanitation of the beverage station areas.
Removes trash, refills condiments, cleans service trays and other beverage equipment, and performs other related duties.
Responsible for stocking and cleaning bars and portable bars including stocking beer, liquor, and ice.
Responsible for retrieving, and restocking, glassware for bars.
Responsible for cleaning and bussing lounge areas associated with bars including removing trash, wiping down tables and bar tops, and re-arranging furniture.
Maintains beverage products and inventory levels at all beverage stations.
Notifies Beverage Supervisor/Beverage Manager of any beverage equipment requiring repairs.
Notifies Beverage Supervisor/Beverage Manager of any beverage related products that require replenishment such as ashtrays, cup holders, etc.
Communicates other beverage service issues that arise to the Beverage Supervisor/Beverage Manager.
Delivers excellent guest service based on service standards established by management when performing tasks in guest facing areas.
Effectively communicates with management and other personnel as it relates to servicing guests’ needs.

Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED Certificate.
Must be 21 years of age or older to sell or serve distilled spirits. Team Members under 21 but at least 18 years of age may sell beer and wine.
Must register in the RBS Portal, take training from an authorized RBS Training Provider, and pass the ABC Alcohol Server Certification exam within 30 days of their confirmed training.
Previous experience in guest services is preferred.
Basic computer proficiency utilizing Microsoft applications, email, and internet.
Willingness to work flexible schedules in a 24/7 work environment, including holidays, nights, and weekends.
Must apply for, receive, and maintain a Gaming License from the Tribal Gaming Agency.
Native American hiring preference applies.
