Overview

Transports resort guests and passengers to various destinations in company limousines or appropriate vehicles.

Responsibilities

  • Greets guests with a sincere and gracious welcome.
  • Provides for all their needs upon arrival and departure.
  • Assists passengers in handling luggage and large packages.
  • Provides information to passengers on resort promotions and local attractions.
  • Provides a fond farewell to all guests.
  • Performs routine safety inspections of the livery vehicles at the beginning of each shift.
  • Ensures that the livery vehicles are clean at all times, both inside and outside.
  • Ensures that the livery vehicles are adequately fueled at all times.
  • Ensures that the livery vehicles are stocked and prepared in accordance to service standards and requests.
  • Operates all vehicles safely and in compliance with all motor vehicle laws and speed limits.
  • Drives assigned route and follows itinerary.

  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED Certificate.
  • Possession of California Class B driver license with passenger (P) endorsement and acceptable driving record is preferred.
  • Two years of prior experience in transporting passengers.
  • One year of prior experience as it pertains limousine chauffeuring.
  • Knowledge of local, regional, and state attractions, destinations, and routes.
  • Knowledge of Santa Barbara and San Luis Obispo County wineries.
  • Basic computer proficiency utilizing Microsoft applications, email, and internet.
  • Willingness to work flexible schedules in a 24/7 work environment, including holidays, nights, and weekends.
  • Must apply for, receive, and maintain a Gaming License from the Tribal Gaming Agency.
  • Native American hiring preference applies.
